Workmen’s Circle schools are vibrant communities that welcome everyone interested in progressive, cultural Jewish education.
Our supplementary schools bring together Jewish cultural learning, joyous holidays, social justice activism, Yiddish language and culture, b’nei mitsve prep, and more for kids 5-13 and their families.
Our teachers have years of experience, but it’s our kids who actively shape their own education. When they’re not in the classroom, our students are leading protests, creating art projects, and playing klezmer music—just some of our favorite activities. For graduation, we host b’nei mitsve celebrations that are meaningful alternatives to synagogue services.
Our doors are open to all families including interfaith and LGBTQ parents, as well as children with learning differences and other special needs.
