RIT Kids on Campus is a summer day-camp based on STEAM (Science, technology, engineering, art and math). Hosted at the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

Kids on Campus caters to enthusiastic learners in grades 5th through 12th. Offering custom-tailored instruction, we are proud to be the largest and oldest summer camp program at RIT!

So what is Kids on Campus?

Campers may select from one and two-week workshops in a variety of STEAM areas. Students receive 4 hours dedicated to instruction and hands-on work at RIT every day.

Kids on Campus workshops are offered in collaboration with departments and programs at RIT. These include Women in Computing (WiC), Women in Engineering (WE@RIT), the Center for Computing Outreach, Research, and Education (C-CORE), and the Department of Visual Arts & Visual Culture.

Kids on Campus is more than just learning. Campers break at mid-day for recreation, encouraging campers to socialize and play games. At lunch, campers and staff enjoy a restaurant-quality lunch buffet prepared by RIT chefs at an RIT dining hall.

Kids on Campus is an awesome opportunity for learning AND a ton of fun!
