New Year’s Eve comes only once a year, and the Children’s Center of the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County really knows how to celebrate it with our Noon Year’s Eve Bash! The fun starts in the Kate Gleason Auditorium at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 31. There will be prizes, games, and a craft. All materials will be supplied at this free program. Families with kids of all ages will create a commotion after our countdown to noon and the ball drops. There is no need to register for this free program, so bring along a friend or two. For more information, call the Children’s Center at 428-8150.
