Naples Grape Festival
The quaint little village of Naples, New York, located at the south end of Canandaigua Lake in the Finger Lakes, will celebrate the grape harvest with their annual Naples Grape Festival™™ on September 23 and 24, 2006 Featuring over 230 juried arts/crafts/international food exhibitors, along with two great entertainment stages, over 100,000 visitors will enjoy the free, family event. Widmer Wine Cellars will play host to free horsedrawn wagon rides throughout their vineyards plus wine tastings and tours at their facility a short country block away from the festival site.
Folks who attend this year's festival will actually find out what really happens with the World's Greatest Grape Pie Contest and the Grape Stompin' Contest... you'll want to be there. The Naples Grape Festival™ is free to the public with ample parking for a small fee and free shuttles to and from the festival grounds. The proceeds from the Naples Grape Festival™ continue to support wonderful programs sponsored by the Naples Rotary Club and Naples Historical Society.
