You're invited to a party! We're moving into Neighborhood of the Arts and need help celebrating. Come take a belly dance, bachata, or modern dance class. Bring the kids for a KineoKids creative movement class. Meet the faculty. Enjoy music and food.

Join KineoLab for a special Open House to celebrate our move into:


Kinections Dance/Movement Studio


Take one of our KineoKids or Adult classes, a belly dance class from Goddess Hour Belly Dance with Michelle, or a LivingDance~LivingMusic workshop from Kinections. Stay to talk with faculty and guests, learn more about KineoLab, Kinections, and Goddess Hour while enjoying great music and refreshments.

Goddess Hour Belly Dance with Michelle

Tryout a 20 minute belly dance class, and enjoy a 10 minute performance by Michelle following.



Kinections - LivingDance~Living Music

Dr. Danielle Fraenkel, director of Kinections, and Jeffrey Mehr, music director, will introduce their LivingDance~LivingMusic approach to building self-confidence through mindfulness, and the creative use of elements of dance and music that are available to everyone. No dance or music training is required. Further, no talent in either of the arts is required.  


Danielle, aka, Dr. Dance, and Jeffrey have just returned from India. Sancheti Hospital’s Health Care Academy in Pune had invited them to develop India’s first academic and clinical certificate program in dance/movement therapy. They are eager to share their innovative work with more people in their hometown.



KineoLab - KineoFamily (Ages 2-3 with an Adult)

Whether you're a mom, a dad, grandparent, aunt, uncle or a guardian looking for a fun and educational way to entertain your 2 or 3 year old, our KineoFamily class is the perfect way to help your child explore their movement potential, while having a great time. 



KineoLab - KineoKids Explorers (Ages 4-5)

Childen ages 4-5 will enjoy a fun-filled, exciting class as they explore their movement potential through fun and educational movement–based games, activities, and structured play.



KineoLab - Beginning Adult (Ages 16+)

KineoLab Artistic Director, Curtis Stedge, offers a fun and educational way to expand your kinesthetic and self-awareness, stay fit, and develop an appreciation and understanding of dance. No experience necessary.



KineoLab - Bachata

Learn the basic steps of Bachata with, KineoLab faculty, Whitney Denesha. Couples are welcome but no parter is necessary for this class.


*All classes have been shortened from their usual length so that attendees can sample our many class offerings.
