Kids Yoga Camp

Kids yoga class for ages 7-9 will incorporate active yoga, games, stories, and teamwork. We will also work on finding calm and practicing mindfulness. This will help build strength, self confidence, and self expression.

Instructor Linda Lawrence is an elementary art teacher in Greece schools and yoga instructor who loves introducing & sharing yoga with kids. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
