Kids Board Breaking Seminar

Come learn the ancient practice of board breaking. Kids will receive their very own boards to break and learn the dynamics of board breaking.

Come learn the ancient practice of board breaking. Kid
s will receive their very own boards to break and learn the dynamics of board breaking. Benefits include increased mental concentration, focus of technique and confidence to defend oneself against an assailant. Children will also learn that even basic strikes and kicks can injure another person and therefore are not to be used irresponsibly. No Martial Arts experience is needed, so friends and family are welcome to sign up.
