Camp Arrowhead offers 55 acres of fields, creeks, and wooded areas for your homeschooler to explore. Each Wednesday, students will learn through hands-on activities that focus on Outdoor Living Skills (OLS), Environmental Education (E), Cultural (C), Historical (H), Health Education (HE), and Science Technology Engineering Math (S) topics. Career connections will be made each class to expose children to exciting paths and possibilities.
Children ages 5-15 can be dropped off at 9:30AM until 1:30PM each Wednesday to enjoy engaging topics with their peers!
Please be sure to let us know of any dietary restrictions and/or allergies, as we may be making or using food during lessons. Your homeschooler should be prepared for each class with weather-appropriate attire, a lunch, water, and sneakers.
Children registered in the program may be using the challenge course, archery range, climbing tower. Guardians will need to complete a waiver to grant permission to their child(ren) to use areas prior to class. Waivers will be available at drop-off.
There will need to be a minimum of 6 children to run any week’s programming.
YMCA Family Members- $35 per class; $28 per class when you register for all 7 classes
Program Members- $45 per class ; $38 per class when you register for all 7 classes.
Sibling Discount: Receive $15 off each additional child when you register for the entire session
