Holiday Gymnastics Clinic at the Southeast Y

Gymnasts will learn new and exciting skills using the gymnastics apparatus and floor exercises. Flexibility and conditioning exercises help improve the camper's strength and coordination. Participants need a lunch, snack, and water bottle. Please make sure your child also has socks for the Adventure Center and a bathing suit and towel for swimming.
