Holiday Girl's Soccer Clinic
Our clinic will be led by Colleen Flaherty of Awakened Athlete. Coach Flaherty is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialst (CSCS) and along with soccer skills will also teach participants proper dynamic warm-ups, strength training, and plyometrics for ACL and injury prevention. Athletes will walk away with knowledge on how to be a more complete athlete to excel.
When: Monday, December 29th, 2014
Ages U9-U11 - 9:00-11:00am
Ages U12-U14 - 11:30am-1:30pm
$30 per child
