The Genesee Country Museum is coming to present The Quilt Story, a touching tale, illustrated by Tomi DePaola, of a young girl in the 1800s and her quilt.  Real quilts are used to bring this heart and toe warming story to life. After the program, come to the Children’s Center to create your own pattern for a cool quilt. Sneak in some learning about American history as well as mathematical patterns, while being entertained. This exciting free program, which will be attractive for kids of all ages, begins at 10:30 am on Monday February 16, 2015 in the Kate Gleason Auditorium. The Central Library is accessible to people with disabilities. To request specific accommodations, call 585-428-8304 ten days prior to the program.
