Rochester has more than 3,500 acres of nationally recognized parks where community members can explore, play, enjoy entertainment and seek solace amongst natural beauty. Seneca Park Zoo Society is partnering with the City of Rochester’s Department of Recreation and Youth Services to sponsor a series of ‘park clean-up events’ along the Genesee Riverway Trail. All volunteer events take place on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tools, gloves, and snacks will be provided. Please dress for the weather and bring water to stay hydrated.

Meet at Wegmans Lodge parking lot in Seneca Park (enter the park at 2222 St. Paul Street, follow the one way park road to Wegmans Lodge).
