Be reminded of the excitement of The Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County’s Exploration Stations. If you’ve never been to one before, you are in for an exciting preview of what we’ll be doing this summer! We look at STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) concepts through the lens of folktales. This time, in honor of Earth Day, we will be exploring the science of recycling through the traditional Jewish story of Joseph’s Overcoat. WXXI cosponsors this exciting, free program that is designed for families with children aged 3-12. Drop in to the Children’s Center anytime between 11am-4pm on Thursday, April 20 to see what it’s all about. For more information, please call the Children’s Center at 428-8150.
