CSA programs are an increasingly popular way to eat healthy and local. Consumers buy a share of a farm's harvest, and then pick up freshly grown vegetables (or herbs, flowers, fruits) on a weekly or biweekly basis.
Bill and Debbie Wickham will present CSA basics -- how they work, why they are popular, and different distribution models. It's a great opportunity to get your questions answered.
