Enjoy a brand new summertime event combining talented local artisans and historic vintage train rides at the Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum! Join us on July 15-16 for Craft Show Caboose Rides where you will browse our craft show vendors featuring jewelry, clothing, ceramics, paintings, soaps, woodwork, and more.
All aboard for a fun family outing as you enjoy rides aboard authentically restored freight train cabooses that tour our museum grounds. Visit New York’s largest collection of historic trains and discover Rochester’s rich railroading heritage. The mile-and-a-half round trip train ride brings you to our restoration shop where visitors disembark to enjoy a self-guided tour of our exhibits among dozens of talented local craftsmen.
Refreshments will be available for purchase. Tickets are just $10.00 for adults, $8.00 for youth/seniors, and children ages 4 and under ride for free! Trains depart every half hour from 10am – 5pm from our train station on Rt. 251 in the town of Rush.
