Christmas Church Service for Families with Individuals with Special Needs

Plans are underway for a Christmas Church Service for families with
individuals with special needs at Christ Church Pittsford located at 36 South
Main Street Pittsford. (www.christchurchpittsford.com) The service will be held
on Saturday December 20th at 3 pm followed by a cookie reception. Space
may be limited so please RSVP to Nina Ornt at nko7@rochester.rr.com
and indicate the number of adults and children that plan on attending. Also,
please indicate if you would like a picture schedule for you to help your family
member with special needs follow the service. We will get back to you via email
with a social story to help your family member with special needs prepare for
the service. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual with any
disability from any religious background to experience a church service in an
accepting environment. Christ Church Pittsford has hosted several church
services for families with individuals with special needs and the experiences
have been positive for everyone involved.
