With 35 years of experience as a director of musicals and as a private voice, acting, and audition coach, Cara D'Emanuele brings her infectious spirit and incomparable wealth of knowledge to performers and their parents in this hands-on technique class. If you have an aspiring performer at home but don’t know how to find the best training or audition opportunities, this workshop will help guide you. Has your young singer/dancer/actor been auditioning for years but is consistently cast in the ensemble? The reality is that no matter how much fun musical theatre is nor how participation in musicals brings superb opportunities for the building of confidence, friendships, and lifelong memories, it is still competitive. This workshop will provide insight regarding the preparation of required audition material and how best to present in an audition.
