Join WRNS teachers and current families to learn more about what makes our nursery school great. We know it can be difficult to choose a nursery school, let us help you to see if WRNS is the right fit for your child and your family.
Winton Road Nursery School has been fostering young children’s independence, curiosity and love of learning in Rochester for more than 50 years! Our certified, highly trained staff has developed a unique curriculum that instills the value of life-long learning with children as young as two years old. We also value the importance of learning through play.
We offer two different programs, Young Nursery for 2-3 year olds and Nursery School for 3-5 year olds. Each program has multiple options in which days your child can attend so you can decide what is best for your family.
WRNS is founded on a semi-cooperative nursery education. Parents serve on committees and within the classrooms throughout the year which builds supportive family involvement that creates life-long relationships.
Join us at our open house to tour the school and talk with current families and our amazing teachers! Have all of your questions answered and see what a typical day at WRNS is like for your child.
Children are welcome and encouraged to attend! We will have activities set up throughout each classroom for them and are happy to show them around!
