Camp Bay View CIT and LIT PROGRAMS

YMCA Camp Bay View Counselors-in-Training (CIT) and Leaders in Training (LIT) are designed for teens who want to expand the skills they already naturally possess!

CIT’s/LIT’s will gain a fuller and richer perspective on what it means to be a team player as well as a leader at camp. CITs and LITs must attend 4 sessions to participate in the program. Available Sessions 1-8. Application is required.
