Butterfly Kids Yoga - 5 to 8 year olds

Classes for our 5-8 yr olds will include active yoga poses, music, yoga themed games, and mindfulness in a warm and inviting studio.

Classes for our 5-8 yr olds will include active yoga poses, music, yoga themed games, and mindfulness in a warm and inviting studio. This is a great class to introduce yoga as part of a healthy lifestyle, while having fun doing so. No prior yoga experience necessary. Enjoy complimentary fresh fruit after class!
Parents are welcome to wait comfortably in our sitting area outside the studio, or drop-off for convenience.
