By upgrading your free listing to a paid listing, you will:

• Appear on our giveaway page (most popular page) (with guaranteed visibility in weekly e-newsletter)
• Offer coupons to readers
• Receive reports about hits to your page and events
• Have your own fans within KOA who are automatically notified when you add an event, class, or camp.
• Improve your visibility on Google and other search engines
• Easily charge the small monthly fee to your credit card, or pay in advance for a discount
• All this for only $95/month!

Most web sites make money by offering unrelated banner advertising that can be distracting and annoying to readers. We’re not doing that. Our main mission at KidsOutandAbout.com is to enhance the experience for our readers, and by offering you the opportunity to give our readers more, everyone wins.

2. Giveaways: Our giveaway page is one of the most highly-trafficked pages and results in the highest rate of return visitors, so this is a great (and low-cost) way to be in front of your audience repeatedly.

3. Right-hand-side ad boxes: Advertising on the right-hand side is on a percentage basis. You supply an ad sized 223 pixels x 223 pixels. You can purchase up to 25% of the available impressions for your ad.

How does Level 2 advertising work?

Log into your organization's free listing on KidsOutAndAbout.com. (If you don't already have a user name and password, see how to do this by watching this easy video.)

Your organization edit page has two sections: The free listing section on top, and the enhancement fields lower in the page. If you complete the long description, upload your logos and other graphics, and provide additional links to your own web site, you can see what this will look like in a paid listing by clicking "View enhancements."

After you're happy with how your enhanced page will appear, go to "My Account" on the upper right-hand column, then under "Get Noticed," follow the link and then choose Level 2 (Or go directly to this link.) Once your payment is approved, your enhanced listing will be visible to KOA readers automatically.

*You will appear at the top of any relevant search results. The order will be determined by "first come, first served". In other words, if two paid listings are returned as search results, the one who paid for the listing first will appear at the top.
