The 21st Annual Rochester Children's Book Festival will be held at Monroe Community College on Saturday, November 4, 2017

Come celebrate the 21st Annual Rochester Children’s Book Festival! Details to follow.

Please join us on Saturday, November 4th, 2017, from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM in the Flynn Campus Center at Monroe Community College.

This will be a magical day packed with activities, presentations, and meeting those who write and illustrate books for children, tweens and teens.  Busy Bookworm offers craft activities; author and illustrator presentations take place in both the Brighton Room and in Excellus Presentation Place; and your favorite authors and illustrators read stories in Genesee Valley Parent Magazine’s Read to Me Corner.  In the Mall, chat with our more than 40 Festival participants.

Presenting Sponsor Rochester Area Children’s Writers and Illustrators is a group of local authors and illustrators. Members of that group who will once again be part of our festival include Marsha Hayles, Will Hubbell, Linda Sue Park, Robin Pulver,  Peggy Thomas, Vivian Vande Velde, and  Ellen Stoll Walsh.

Food is available for purchase in the food court. Festival admission and parking are free, thanks to our generous sponsors.
