Camp Arrowhead’s preschool program is designed for the needs of younger campers. Campers experience the fun of camp with a high-level of staff supervision and programming designed to foster growth and imagination. There are several options for Oneida campers. Parents can choose a half-day morning program or a full-day program, which includes lunch at camp. Preschool Oneida Camp takes place at YMCA Camp Arrowhead.
This program provides campers the opportunity to experience a taste of overnight camp. Campers spend Monday and Tuesday at Camp Bay View and Wednesday through Friday at YMCA Camp Cory on Keuka Lake or Wednesday through Saturday at Camp Gorham in the Adirondacks. The perfect combo of day and overnight camp.
Competitive swim camp will focus on stroke and skill development, as well as improving aerobic fitness. Each day will include time in the pool, dry lands, and taking advantage of all that Camp Bay View has to offer.
Half Pints camp is an introduction to Camp Bay View for the littlest campers. Your child will learn camp songs, enjoy crafts, games, outdoor hiking, blowing bubbles, and each week have some time on our water spray playground. We will provide a healthy snack each day. Children should come in comfortable clothes and ready to play! Registration required at the branch.
Each day our Iddy Biddy campers will learn and play a different sport: soccer, basketball, t-ball, and football. This program is committed to providing a fun, safe, educational first, sports camp experience.

Our youth sports camps focus on campers developing a better understanding and appreciation for each sport. Through a combination of dynamic drills and games, campers will gain a strong foundation that will lay the groundwork for their future in sports.
Overnight Camp children discover opportunities to be truly independent. With all this independent choice comes more responsibility, especially as campers grow up through camp programs. Campers develop confidence and character to eventually become leaders at camp and in the world.
Camp Cory offers a shorter camp experience for younger campers ages 7-10. They'll participate in a program that gives them the opportunity to experience many of the great camp activities we offer. This program is a great way for first time campers to have an introduction to camp.
Maijgren Village campers will spend the majority of their time on boats on the water. Days will be split between land classes, water drills, and competitive races, as well as time to partake in recreational sail. Campers will have the choice to participate in Free Hour activities with the rest of camp or continue sailing. They’ll also take part in Cabin activities, Village activities, and Evening Programs.
The focus on camp activities, group games, and challenges gives campers the chance to achieve and be recognized for their accomplishments in a place where it’s okay to fail… as long as you try again! Friendships blossom through encouragement and challenge in the camp community.
Day Camp provides campers with the traditional experience. They will enjoy all that Camp Eastside has to offer while focusing on making friends, teamwork, and of course, fun! Our structured day ensures that campers will get a chance to try new things as well as enjoy all of their camp favorites. Traditional camp hours are 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. AM and PM care are available at no additional charge.
At Gorham, campers are immersed in the traditions of Camp including the spirit of our villages and all the activities the beautiful property has to offer. Small camper-to-counselor ratios and specialist run activities allow campers to receive the attention and guidance they need while swimming, rock climbing, kayaking, playing sports and so much more!
Camp Northpoint aims to see our campers grow and succeed. We have developed, along with other YMCA of Greater Rochester Day Camps, a leadership track for our campers that have aged out of traditional camp programming.
School Age Camp provides campers with a more traditional day camp experience; introducing them to many activities with a focus on building confidence and encouraging success. Our structured well balanced program encourages campers to take part in the activities we offer; climbing tower, canoeing, swimming, archery, nature activities, group games and more!
Preschool Camp provides children with an opportunity to explore and grow through planned, age appropriate activities. Building relationships, making life long friends while hiking, swimming, and having fun all contribute to a great camp experience.
Day Camp provides campers with the traditional camp experience including swimming, sports, adventure, and creative/performing arts. We meet and exceed all camper-to-counselor ratios as designated by the NYS Department of Health.
As a next step for figure skaters that have successfully completed the Figure Skating 201 program, this program takes participants with a desire to move into higher levels of skating (test sessions, show skating and competitions).
This is EarthWorks Institute's advanced summer camp. Each day includes 6 hours of outdoor instruction from our Forest Guides in handling fire, wildcrafting, as well as endless opportunities to challenge the senses and hone critical survival skills.
